Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas fractured the fourth metacarpal in his left hand during Friday’s game against the Lakers.
Kobe Bryant swiped at Valanciunas’ dunk attempt late in the second quarter, and missed, connecting with the center’s left hand.

A timeline for his return will be set after Valanciunas undergoes further testing.
From the Toronto Sun:
A tough road trip got a lot tougher in the final minute of the first half of the Raptors’ game with the Lakers.
Jonas Valanciunas went up and when he came down after a Kobe Bryant chop it was with a broken bone in his left hand.
Officially it was the fourth metacarpal on the hand but what it means is the Raptors are going to have a rather large hole in their lineup for the next while.
