12 years ago, during All-Star Weekend, an electrifying rookie point guard by the name of Jason Williams blew everyone’s mind by throwing a pass off his right elbow to a completely bewildered Raef LaFrentz (who, predictably, blew the layup while getting fouled.) Scottie Pippen — taking part in a basketball tour through Asia featuring several former NBA players — was able to convert, when the immortal White Chocolate unleashed the elbow pass once again this week.
