A woman accusing Derrick Rose of sexual assault is seeking $21.5 million in damages, this according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
Rose and his camp have repeatedly denied the allegations, maintaining that the former NBA MVP will eventually be found innocent.
If the matter goes to trial, the proceedings would likely start in 2017:
A woman is suing the Chicago Bulls star claiming he and 2 friends broke into her L.A. apartment and gang raped her back in 2013.
Rose later acknowledged the group sex, but claims it was consensual, and says he engaged in the group sex with the accuser on several previous occasions.
Now, the case is moving forward and the accuser has set her price tag — $6 million in compensatory damages and $15.5 million in punitive.
