The Toronto Raptors have agreed to bring Chris Boucher back on a two-year, $13.5 million deal, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Boucher, who grew up in Canada, has been a productive reserve in his limited opportunities with the team the past two seasons.
Boucher, 27, averaged 6.6 points and 4.5 rebounds per game in just over 13 minutes with the Raptors in 2019-20. He’ll step into a larger role with the Raptors in the wake of the departures of Serge Ibaka and Marc Gasol.
In the 11 games where he played more than 20 minutes last season, Boucher averaged 17.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.
