The Chicago Bulls look to add depth at the power forward position by signing free-agent Alize Johnson to a two-year $3.6 million dollar deal according to Johnson’s agent, George Langberg tells ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The 25-year old forward appeared in just 18 games for the Brooklyn Nets last season and was waived in conjunction with the DeAndre Jordan trade. He averaged 5.2 points per game, along with 5 rebounds.
The loss of Lauri Markkanen and Thaddeus Young can possibly open up some playing time for Johnson on a very good Chicago Bulls team.
