The Boston Celtics have traded the No. 20 pick in the draft to the Philadelphia 76ers for the No. 24 and No. 33 picks, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. The C’s selected Matisse Thybulle with that pick and will flip him to Philly.
