The Brooklyn Nets are 10-27, third-worst in the NBA behind only Philadelphia and the Lakers. And today, they’ve announced some major changes to their team leadership. Head coach Lionel Hollins is gone, and general manager Billy King has been demoted.
The Nets made the playoffs every season since moving to Brooklyn, and King had been the GM since 2010. Assistant coach Tony Brown will take over head coaching duties for Hollins, while the GM position will remain open until the team hires a replacement.
