After striking out on Chandler Parsons, the Blazers quickly shifted their attention to another top perimeter free agent.
This time, they got their man.
Portland inked 6-year vet Evan Turner to a four-year deal worth $70 million on Friday.
To clarify on Turner to Blazers deal: Turner has agreed to a four-year, $70M free agent deal.

The self-proclaimed master of the midrange, Turner had a standout season as the Celtics’ sixth man last year. And at 27 years old, he fits Portland’s core age window as they continue to build around Damian Lillard.
