According to Dwight Howard’s trainer, the best way for the big fella to improve at the charity stripe, is by shooting 19-footers.
Howard, a career 56.8 percent shooter from the free-throw line, has been hoisting up plenty of jumpers this summer in the hopes of building up his muscle memory.
