Following up a successful playoff run, Dame is putting more into his music during the offseason and “Ready For It” is one his more polished tracks to date. Referencing his appearances in State Farm commercials and the as-of-yet unannounced Lillard 3 sneakers, Dame weaves his way in and out of the booming instrumental from Jahlil Beats.
Dame’s bars have garnered plenty of attention and Kurtis Blow, of “Basketball” fame, reached out to the Blazers floor general with a request for a verse:
