So much for the biggest sporting event of all time.
Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks crashed LeBron James’ homecoming party in Cleveland Thursday night.
The Knicks, led by Melo’s game-high 25 points, hung on for a 95-90 victory. James struggled with 17 points (on shooting) and eight turnovers.
There was a ton of pre-game hype, replete with a cringe-inducing speech from LeBron, but the Knicks were able to shut it all out and simply execute.
