Trailing by 1 with just seconds to play, Al Horford grabbed an offensive rebound off a miss by Dennis Schroder and scored a layup to give the Hawks a crucial 82-81 Game 5 win. Horford was a force on both ends through out the game, finishing with 23 points, 11 rebounds (6 offensive) and 5 blocks.
