The WoW4 Edition Boutique colorway represents a true collaboration between Li-Ning’s Way of Wade and The Edition Boutique in Miami, FL. This re-materialized WoW4 was inspired to represent the city of Miami, in a unique local street culture way. The majority-black upper uses a careful balance of matte, polish, and reflective black executions, with minimal accent touches of metallic gold. The updated mesh is a non-stretch 100% polyester performance textile with a backside golden reflective layer that shines when light hits it from certain angles, adding new dual-execution discovery element as it looks different in daylight vs night time when flashed with light. This mesh is new and unique from Dwyane’s on-court Playoff version WoW4’s, and unique to this colorway alone at retail.
The entire bottom has been executed in a coastal ocean blue tone & features a clear blue tinted rubber sole to match, with black performance Carbon Fiber mid foot stability shank plate. The bottom view’s signature full-length backside graphic application of a classic Miami palm tree icon is carefully positioned alongside The Edition Boutique’s signature 5-pointed nautical star. The Edition Boutique’s full logo appears again on the tongue front as a matte black & metallic gold rubber patch, and their word mark has been proudly printed on the insole as well. This shoe comes in its own black/gold WoW4 box design, unique only to this colorway.
