Kevin Durant’s beloved Aunt Pearl passed away in 2001 after a battle with lung cancer, and KD has always vowed to keep her memory alive. That tradition continues with the Nike KD7 Premium “Aunt Pearl,” which hits retail on Thursday, February 19 for $170.
