Michigan may have just punched its ticket to the NCAA Tournament.
The Wolverines took down Indiana—the No. 1 seed in the Big Ten Tournament (Michigan was the 8-seed)—on a contested three by sophomore forward Kameron Chatman.
Coming into this game, Chatman made seven threes all year and was a 27 percent shooter from downtown.
Michigan was considered one of Joe Lunardi’s “Next Four Out” coming into this game, and will play either Illinois or Purdue on Saturday afternoon with the winner moving on to the Big Ten title game.
