After the success of his new documentary in Los Angeles earlier this month, Schea Cotton made his way up north to show off the new film and talk with a group of young basketball players.
Schea was a high school basketball legend who never made it to the League. He hosted a private screening for media members on All-Star Sunday at Deluxe Screening Room inside Innis Town Hall at the University of Toronto. After the film ended, executive producer Dr. Howard Mango introduced Cotton, who sat with director Eric “Ptah” Herbert for a Q+A with the audience.
Before the screening, Cotton also visited two of Toronto’s AAU basketball programs, Grassroots Elite Canada and the Toronto Gauchos on Thursday evening.
