What it takes to become an elite player is usually a hot topic that most high school hoopers (and even players at higher levels) often find themselves exploring. Renowned trainer and motivational speaker Alan Stein and Ball Hogs Radio host Adam Bradley tackled that same subject in their most recent Hardwood Hustle Basketball podcast, and even offered a high school player perspective by inviting in three high-level DeMatha varsity memebers to speak on the matter. Among the prep ballers is D.J. Harvey Jr., a top-20 national prospect in the class of 2017. Juniors Markelle Fultz and Nate Darling are the two other guests, both of whom are also expected to move on and play D-1 basketball. DeMatha has long been recognized as one of the nation’s powerhouses, with an alumni list that includes Hall of Famer Adrian Dantley, Danny Ferry, Sidney Lowe and Victor Oladipo.
It’s definitely worth listening to for anyone looking to get insights into the process and challenges of taking your game to that next level!
