What, you thought they were finished? Nope. The Rockets have added swingman Omri Casspi to their squad, one that looks very ready to compete in a crowded Western Conference. Per Yahoo!: “Free agent Omri Casspi, the first Israeli-born player ever selected in the first round of the NBA draft, has agreed to a two-year deal with the Houston Rockets, league sources told Yahoo! Sports. Casspi’s two-year, $2 million deal will include a team option in 2014-15, a league source said. Casspi, 25, played an increasingly diminished role with the Cavaliers the past two seasons. The Rockets had long been interested in signing Casspi and became even more interested in his shooting touch with the commitment of free-agent center Dwight Howard.”
