CJ Fair was an All-ACC forward at Syracuse in 2014, but went undrafted before playing last season with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Fair played for the Boston Celtics during Summer League in 2015, and now is reportedly signing a non-guaranteed deal with the Indiana Pacers.

Indiana also recently signed Toney Douglas, and it’s unlikely Fair will ultimately make the regular season roster. But he’s an intriguing player and the Mad Ants already hold Fair’s D-League rights—they’re the Pacers’ D-League affiliate.
