Earlier today, Gatorade announced their Player of the Year awards for all 50 states (and Washington D.C.). Among the notable names is Perry Ellis, a Jayhawk-bound forward from Kansas who won his fourth-consecutive Gatorade State Player of the Year award–becoming the first boys basketball player in the nation to ever win the honor four times since its commencement 27 years ago. Congrats to all the winners!
