Dallas Mavericks public address announcer Sean Heath has been suspended for two games by the NBA after sending inflammatory tweets that were critical of officiating in the aftermath of Dallas’ controversial 122-120 home loss to Golden State on April 1.
A Mavericks source confirmed details of the suspension, which will begin with Saturday’s home game against Phoenix. Heath worked Thursday’s home game against San Antonio after the Mavericks requested a delay in the suspension until they can find a replacement.
