We have our first three-team trade of the 2016 deadline. It involves Memphis, Charlotte and Miami, with the biggest names headed out being Heat big man Chris “Birdman” Andersen who is en route to the Grizzlies and Memphis guard Courtney Lee, who will be sent to the Hornets.
