Anthony Morrow Agrees To 3-Year, $10 Million Deal With Thunder

Unrestricted free agent Anthony Morrow has agreed to a three-year, $10 million deal with the Thunder, according to the Oklahoman. Morrow shot 45.1 percent from three last season and could battle Jeremy Lamb for a starting spot next season.

The Thunder has agreed to terms with free agent guard Anthony Morrow, a sharpshooting guard who should bolster the team’s depth on the wing.

The deal is worth up to $10 million over three years, but the Thunder has a history of maintaining flexibility on the back end of contracts, making it likely that Morrow’s final year is non-guaranteed.

Morrow, 28, fills a pressing need for the Thunder with his shooting ability. He’s a career 42.8 percent shooter from 3-point range and connected on 45.1 percent from that distance in 76 games last season with New Orleans.
