Former NBA bruiser Anthony Mason is fighting for his life after suffering a massive heart attack.
Mason, 48, made his mark in the L during five seasons with the New York Knicks.
He played for 13 seasons, averaging 10.9 points and 8.3 rebounds. Mase was named the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year following the 1994-’95 campaign.

Mason, 350 lbs, had heart issue 4 yr. Was on 2d fl of hosp taking test when attack occurred. Surgery was on 3. Very lucky not on 1, I'm told
