In a pivotal Game 3 matchup, the Milwaukee Bucks took the series lead over the Atlanta Hawks. It was a night in which Khris Middleton took control late, outscoring the Hawks by himself in the fourth quarter. He finished with 38 points and 11 rebounds, as the momentum has fully shifted in the Bucks’ favor.
Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 33 point of his own while Bobby Portis contributed 15 points off the bench. Trae Young went down with an ankle injury in the second half, but still finished with 35 points. Danillo Gallinari provided a bench spark for the Hawks with 18 points, but it wasn’t enough in the Game 3 loss.
