Houston Rockets point guard Ty Lawson has been suspended for three games for a DUI violation in California—he was suspended for a pair of games in December for doing the same thing in Colorado.

Lawson, 28, is putting up averages of 6.4 points and 4.3 assists through 32 games for the Rockets.

Houston Rockets’ guard Ty Lawson has been suspended for three games without pay for driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of the law of the State of California, the NBA announced today.
Lawson’s suspension will begin with tonight’s game between the Houston Rockets and the Utah Jazz.
