Washington Redskins super-fan Kevin Durant dreams of one day buying into an NFL franchise.
KD is currently dominating his celebrity fantasy league with an unblemished 5-0 record.
The 2014 MVP apparently has big plans for all that NBA and Nike money.
Per The Oklahoman (via ESPN):
But within the segment, the most interesting topic revolves around Durant’s love of football. It runs so deep, he says, Durant hopes to get in on the business side of the game.
“It’s a passion of mine. I’d definitely love to own a team hopefully one of these years towards the end of my career,” Durant said. “So I follow it a lot.”
Which team? […] “My first priority would be the Washington Redskins, even if it was just a small percentage,” Durant said. “I just want to get involved. Growing up five minutes away from the stadium and always being a fan, I have a Redskins tattoo on my forearm. So I feel part of the team so much, so to be an owner and all the way entrenched with the team would be cool.”
