It was impossible not to notice Keith Van Horn when he was on the floor. After all, it’s not every day you see a 6-10 white dude with spiked up hair, waist-high socks and, most importantly, a surprisingly smooth, balanced game.
Actually, the socks were probably the most important thing. But, still, Van Horn was a big time player on the wing, and contributed nearly a decade’s worth of quality seasons to the Nets, Sixers, Bucks, Mavs and Knicks.
Jason Kidd and Kenyon Martin anchored the Nets during their trips to the Finals in ’02 and ’03, but don’t forget about what old Van Horn brought to the table. The dude had serious game.
