Less than a month after going down with a broken right hand, OKC Thunder guard Russell Westbrook will make his return Friday night against the visiting New York Knicks.
There were rumblings last week that Westbrook and All-Star teammate Kevin Durant could both soon play, and head coach Scott Brooks confirmed Friday that the explosive guard would start against the Knicks.
Westbrook has missed the Thunder’s last 14 games, a span during which OKC went 4-10.
