Blake Griffin and Trevor Booker got into an altercation in the third quarter of Friday’s pre-season game between the Clippers and Jazz. Booker hit Griffin across the face on a dunk attempt, which prompted Griffin to retaliate by cradling the back of Booker’s head while cocking a fist with his other hand.
After the game, Clippers coach Doc Rivers said Griffin “gets hit with more cheap shots than anybody in the League,” and Chris Paul praised BG for his patience despite the hard fouls he receives.
