New York Knicks president Phil Jackson was a featured speaker at The New Yorker Festival Sunday afternoon in Manhattan.
Jackson was asked about his boss James Dolan’s meddling ways, the greatness of Carmelo Anthony, recreational drug use (LSD is bad for you, kids), and a number of other illuminating topics.
The Zen Master saved his best barb for longtime Knicks super-fan Spike Lee, who according to Jackson, roots extremely hard but knows very little about the game. Ouch.
Per the NY Daily News:
Phil said of Spike Lee, "Spike is an avid Knicks fan who doesn't know anything about basketball."

Phil says triangle is an organized system where spacing & ball movement are critical. "It's not that complicated. It's not rocket science."
