Not only did Bashir Mason’s leadership ability help him become the first of his family to attend (and graduate) from college, it led him to become NCAA Division I’s youngest men’s basketball head coach. In conjunction with the U.S. Army Skills and Drills Program, we sat down with Mason, who’s now the head coach at Wagner College, to talk about the leadership qualities that helped Mason succeed on the court and in life.
