The Dallas Mavericks are set to ink 24-year old free agent guard Wayne Ellington on a two-year, $5 million-plus deal. Per Yahoo! Sports: “Ellington, 24, joins Jose Calderon and Devin Harris as the third backcourt free-agent signing the Mavericks have made this month. After the Memphis Grizzlies traded Ellington to the Cleveland Cavaliers midway through last season, he averaged 10.4 points a game over the final 38 games. In four seasons in the NBA, including his first three with Minnesota, Ellington has averaged 6.9 points a game. He was the 26th overall pick to the Timberwolves out of North Carolina in the 2009 NBA draft. “
