Last Thursday night (Friday Morning) some of NY’s most notable tastemakers came out to Club Greenhouse to toast hometown hero, Carmelo Anthony on his 27th birthday. The party, which was presented by Corona Extra, attracted celebs such as Angie Martinez, Chris Lighty, Swizz Beatz, Tony Douglas, DJ Whoo Kid, and Emily B and Chrissy Lampkin from ‘Love and Hip Hop’. Waitresses decked in Carmelo #7 jerseys brought out a parade of Ciroc bottles and sparklers with his custom birthday cake which was a Knicks gym bag with his jersey draped over it, and which we learned was later delivered to his apartment the next day because he wouldn’t let anyone touch it.
