After a few weeks of hints, allegations and earning a spot in the SLAMonline Top 50 list, the Portland 5-0 announced today that they will not be charging Zach Randolph with any criminal wrongdoing.

As his lawyer helpfully points out, Zach’s actions “were at all times lawful.”

That doesn’t mean they were smart, though.
