I know Bogut already had one T before he got tangled up with KG, but shouldn’t have gotten a second one because of that. Ridiculous. Bogut got screwed.

  • Ryne Nelson Posted: Nov.17 at 11:14 am
The Bucks were robbed of a chance to beat the champs. I second Gerard.

  • BETCATS Posted: Nov.17 at 11:17 am
To quote ESPN’s comment of the day “big4onthefloor (11/17/2008 at 10:55 AM) Report Violation Jdzspace - so what your saying is that it’s ok to take a swing at someone no matter what??!! He did swing at Bogut for really no reason. He’s a ####. He constantly cusses. I tell you right here and now I’ve been a season ticket holder on the floor for the Bucks for 10 years - he cusses more than ANYONE else in the league. Micheal Redd - who is no where near as good as KG - I can count on one hand in all the years he’s been with Milwaukee the times he’s cussed OUT LOUD during the game. I don’t think KG knows any other words!! He’s been like that since he came into the league and was just as bad with the Timberwolves. Now he’s on a high profile team that people, kids look up to. Stop being a classless idiot, cussing and carry on. MJ NEVER did that like this guy does, Ray Allen NEVER does that - just this guy. I hope he tries that quick punch BS with Shaq, or Lebron - then we will see what kind of man her really is.” It did everything but blame Pacman Jones (which i was suprised it didnt). It even said Micheal Redd sucks and that MJ never cursed before EVER. What a smart guy. And it called KG classless. Fckin Brilliant.

  • Mush Posted: Nov.17 at 11:28 am
    lol

  • BETCATS Posted: Nov.17 at 11:35 am
and it even curses about KG while complaing about KG cursin i forgot to add that because i am not as smart as that commentor of ESPN

  • Mo Charlo Posted: Nov.17 at 11:36 am
This beef makes way more sense than the Voshkul-KG beef.

  • adams Posted: Nov.17 at 11:38 am
Well, KG is kinda classless. Looking at what he tried with Calderon last week and now this it seems like he’s aiming for a new category of douchebag.

  • namik Posted: Nov.17 at 12:00 pm
Yup, he hasn’t had much class this year. First the whole taunting thing with Toronto (yeah that was taunting, not “passion”), then he apparently did the same thing the game after and now this. What the hell? If he wants to act hard atleast act like a man, don’t try and fail to smack the other guy on the forehead. Should’ve known when he sucker punched that rookie from behind in Minny.

  • Stick Posted: Nov.17 at 12:11 pm
KG just couldn’t handle Bogut taking it to him hard… Bucks got robbed of the chance to take home the game. And KG better watch it as I’m losing respect for him (not his game, him).

  • Allenp Posted: Nov.17 at 12:14 pm
Jordan was a cussing machine. People really have bought into the Jordan myth. Apparently that dude never did anything wrong on the basketball court.
    Lies.

  • riggs Posted: Nov.17 at 12:21 pm
obviously some people have JUST started seeing KG play?

  • namik Posted: Nov.17 at 12:39 pm
Nah I watching when he got punked by Peeler too.

  • Jukai Posted: Nov.17 at 12:49 pm
Yeah but don’t worry, Nash slips and get suspended, Garnett throws a punch and I’m sure he’ll get a small fine.

  • Z Posted: Nov.17 at 1:12 pm
Jukai, let it go, man… On the other, KG has been my idol since he came to the L (I was in junior high back then) but he needs to slow down on the cussing. It’s not a good look for ANY grown man.

  • Z Posted: Nov.17 at 1:12 pm

  • Jukai Posted: Nov.17 at 1:24 pm
it’s less the actual incident and more the fact that Boston can blatantly one-up the Suns in the crap they pull and get half the punishment. Let’s not forget Garnett elbowing the ref and Rondo running off the bench and absolutely nothing happening to them.

  • Breeze Posted: Nov.17 at 1:26 pm
i kinda agree with suspended this dude…i mean hes a great player but the dicipline fators should hold to anybody…and yes jordan cursed all the time ..but people like to belive in myths ..like jordan is actually a better individual skilled player than kobe …i wish he was !!!

  • DDB Posted: Nov.17 at 1:26 pm
KG is a punk. His entire “passion” thing is an act. He’s a typical guy that speaks loudly and carries a small stick. They guy doesn’t want to bang and can’t handle physicality. He only reacts this way when he thinks he can get away with it (aka he does it to guys he must consider soft). I believe it was Rick Rickert he hit from behind and now Andrew Bogut, I doubt they aren’t the only two that really took it to KG…but they are the only 2 that he had any heart to retailiate against. Growing up in the street you see right through cowards like KG.

  • riggs Posted: Nov.17 at 1:28 pm
Yeah cause he definately didnt get in amares face /sarcasm.

  • Z Posted: Nov.17 at 1:29 pm
DDB grew up in the street, I think that needed to be emphasized.

  • ben Posted: Nov.17 at 1:59 pm
I still remember what happened when he tried to pull that junk on McDyess. Dyess is from the country; he don’t take no stuff offa skinny punk. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x10t5c_kevin-garnett-vs-antonio-mcdyess_sport

  • sparker Posted: Nov.17 at 2:07 pm
but who can really stand up to andrew bogut? the man’s a hoop god

  • ML Posted: Nov.17 at 2:23 pm
Is there any video of this? I’d like to see some.

  • Sdfigits Posted: Nov.17 at 2:25 pm
lol@Z yes, I am sure we can ALL agree that KG is nothing but a huge punk right? Cause I know that when I look at him that is certainly the image I get, yep you are right DDB, he just, can’t, handle it. Thats why he has never had a longer stay on the DL than ten days while playing PF in the NBA at 250 pounds MAX.

  • Jukai Posted: Nov.17 at 2:45 pm
haha Ben, I never saw that. KG freaking wussed out there.

  • adams Posted: Nov.17 at 3:12 pm
McDyess sure scared the hell out of him. What a b1tch this Garnett girl is.

  • ciolkstar Posted: Nov.17 at 3:16 pm
I’m a huge KG fan, but he gets a longer leash than pretty much ANYONE else. And the constsnt antics are getting a bit old. The cussing doesn’t bother me, but he goes after people and invades their space. I wanna see the video too. Say what you want about the Spurs, but you never saw this type of nensense from them when they were dominating EVERY team they played defensively.

  • what Posted: Nov.17 at 4:04 pm
Bogut is five times the douchebag KG is.

  • BETCATS Posted: Nov.17 at 4:04 pm
Basketball is not ettiqute camp people. On the court you arent suppose to curtisy after you dunk on somebody, the whole game is based on winning, and it takes a warrior to win. KG is a warrior. Warriors fight, you gotta understand that. Calling him classless is just wrong because you dont know Kevin Garrnet. You see him play, you watch his pre/post game interview, and you witnessed the craziness of a KG championship celebration. But i can safely say none of you know KG as a man, none of you ever had a conversation with him, so calling him classless without knowing him is infact classless of you to do. Stop heckling start respecting greatness.

  • Sdfigits Posted: Nov.17 at 4:35 pm
    Cosign BET, wholeheartedly

  • Moose Posted: Nov.17 at 4:35 pm
BETCATS has a great point. On the semi-new issue of ESPN Magazine, they had a players poll for who trash talks the most on court. Who tied for first? Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. Who won the NBA Finals and is currently one of the top teams in the league? I think I’ve made my statement.

  • Spaceship Jay Posted: Nov.17 at 4:59 pm
Does anyone remember Anthony Peeler giving him the CRAZIEST UFC elbow to the neck in a confrontation between the 2 of them? Yeah, KG yells a lot, but under no circumstance should it considered as “toughness”

  • BETCATS Posted: Nov.17 at 5:02 pm
i remember seeing Anthony Peeler b!tch slap KG. That made me lol, i thought KG was gonna kill anthony right then and their, but he looked kinda scared.

  • Moose Posted: Nov.17 at 5:05 pm
    Jay, KG ain’t no poser.

  • Jukai Posted: Nov.17 at 5:18 pm
Who deserved to have been suspended game 7 against the Hawks but he’s too much of a cash cow for David Stern? Mr Warrior himself.
I ain’t going to say classless, but the BS he was pulling on Calderon certainly ain’t classy. Every time I see something about Garnett off the court, I just can’t help but like the guy. Then I see all the crap he pulls on the court and that’s all the help I need about not respecting the dude.

  • namik Posted: Nov.17 at 5:20 pm
No one talked more trash than MJ. Somehow he still managed to be classy about it. Oh and he won 6 chips, 6 Finals MVPs, 5 MVPs, an assload of scoring titles, 1 DPOY, 1 ROY, 2 Olympic gold medals and the GOAT title. No one here is calling KG the person classless. We’re talking about the player here. You don’t need to be a punk to be passionate about the game.

  • Russ Bengtson Posted: Nov.17 at 6:05 pm
I don’t think KG’s passion is an act, but I do think he’s getting a lot carried away. And since no one’s ever called him on it (meaning refs or the commish) it’s gonna be awfully hard to reel him in. Cussing is whatever, but there has to be a limit to everything.

  • Dacre Posted: Nov.17 at 6:08 pm
KG needs something to play for these days it seems…

  • Jukai Posted: Nov.17 at 6:09 pm
Namik, c’mon now. MJ did NOT curse as much as KG. MJ may have trash talked a lot, but KG definitely lashes in way more profanity. Jordan also kept it with his mouth and facial expressions. He never shoved his fingers into someone’s face as he taunted them.
Jordan also didn’t shove someone from behind then run to the other side of the court.

  • Dacre Posted: Nov.17 at 6:10 pm
I cant wait to see the Suns Boston final this year….guys are going to be all over the place…. Nash will be beastin’ and just slipping over into ever melee and KG will be taunting folks and walking backwards with a 5 foot tall ref protecting him…its going to be crazy!

  • Jukai Posted: Nov.17 at 6:15 pm
Shaq will split Rondo’s skull straight open

  • MeloMan13 Posted: Nov.17 at 6:36 pm
Kg didnt fite back against peeler bcause he knew it would hurt his team.
Why would he give up his best chance (at the time) at a chip over peeler.
if it was regular season he would dealt wit him

  • Moose Posted: Nov.17 at 7:08 pm
Jukai, Rondo gets his skull split open nightly. Every time he tries to take it to the rack he gets knocked to the floor, hard.

  • davidR Posted: Nov.17 at 7:33 pm
i like how a dude named meloman has kg’s back regarding the peeler incident. what do you have to say about melo’s b!tch move against the knicks?

  • adams Posted: Nov.17 at 8:01 pm
So BET, you do “know KG as a man”?

  • BETCATS Posted: Nov.17 at 9:15 pm
no but you dont either. I dont judge what i dont know just like courts dont sends dudes away for murder with no evidence and no witnesses.

  • Trevor Posted: Nov.17 at 9:46 pm
i live in boston and actually saw the game unlike probably most of you and kg didnt even throw a punch he just slapped boguts arm off him. While he does get a little crazy and over the top, KGs no punk.

  • Dma Posted: Nov.17 at 10:29 pm
from what i saw on youtube, bogut offensive foul yes i agree. kg came back at bogut with a b*tchy slap. bogut gets upgraded to flagrant foul. kg gets suspended, which is fair as well. as for the outcome of the game, well, bucks took two Ls

  • ClydeSays Posted: Nov.17 at 11:55 pm
KG’s cussing is really the problem? C’mon. Are you all Virgins too? That was a tick tack foul. There was no knockdown or anything worthy of suspension. As far as the game itself, it should have been a blowout by the C’s if they hadn’t coughed up the ball every other posession down the stretch. That’s what 9 games in 12 nights will do to you.

  • Mike Posted: Nov.18 at 12:19 am
    let’em play

  • what Posted: Nov.18 at 3:23 am
Maybe KG is just mad at Bogut and Calderon’s feeble attempts to hide their deep seated racism over the last couple of years.

  • GGG Posted: Nov.18 at 3:59 am
There is a difference against passion and “taking a swipe”…thank his lucky stars there was no connection or he would be out suit shopping with Starbury.

  • adams Posted: Nov.18 at 6:08 am
BET, you only judge people you know personally? That’s so noble and such a lie.

  • BETCATS Posted: Nov.18 at 11:21 am
    !

  • BETCATS Posted: Nov.18 at 11:22 am
no, i only judge people i have talked to or have observed their character as a person. Such as you. From your comments i can see you are what i call a ‘collusal d0uche’, but i dont know you, so i will not call you that. I can infer things from what i see from your behavior, but i cant judge it, because i dont know you.

  • Garrett Posted: Nov.18 at 1:16 pm
The best was when Will Bynum crossed KG up a few games back in Detroit. The Pistons got spanked, but KG was doing his thing, taunting and clapping in Bynum’s face, like Bynum had no business being on the court. Will crossed him up pretty bad and took it to the rim for a reverse layup and I don’t think KG said much after that.

  • Breeze Posted: Nov.18 at 2:39 pm
yeah i might have to call up peeler he will calm the old timberwolve down…
