And personally, I think there’s no way he’s going to sign for less just so his team could “just reach the playoffs.” It’s either he signs less for a real contender, or just gut the franchise up and leave for more $$$.

He listed it once already, so I can’t see how this means anything. And unless the realtor is Marc Stein, I’m patently ignoring the “widely expected to sign with Oakland” part. It would be a great coup here in the bay, but I’m just hoping we can force a sign-and-trade with this, just so we can get SOMEthing for Baron other than a middle finger to the face.

Did anyone consider he might be selling it to get a bigger place in L.A. knowing that he’s about to sign another multi-million dollar contract regardless of the fact he would have made more elsewhere?
