All Signs Point to Action Jackson

Mark Jackson is set to meet face-to-face with new Knicks boss Donnie Walsh today.

(Move along; nothing to see here. They’ll probably just be having coffee and discussing French literature.)

ciolkstar says:
Bush to Obama is actually a really good analogy for Isiah to Jackson. Isiah has done everything in his power to destroy the francise (country) while not admitting fault in a single instance, has awful track record in choosing talent (sec of state/supreme justices) while mark Jackson is the golden tongued new comer who seems perfect symbolically, but is actually sort of vague and uncertain when it comes to details of how he’s going to get it done.

Mark is the man. MK, there is a joke to that effect in the next issue of SLAM (which closed yesterday). Just don’t want anyone thinking we are stealing jokes from our commenters.

Mark Jackson as head coach. Patrick Ewing, Herb Williams, and Charles Oakley as assistant coaches??? Patrick Ewing, Charles Oakley, Mark Jackson, and Herb Williams could be walking through the Knicks door, unfortunately it’s 10 years too late and they won’t be wearing uniforms!

When the Knicks get their first win under Mark, is he going to do his “shoulder shimmy shake?”
