Shaq: Instiller of Fear in Own Teammates
Check out this hilarious clip of O’Neal chasing a ball going out of bounds last night. Looks like the Suns learned their lesson from Sunday night’s near-tragic events.
(Thanks to the always-reliable Odenized for the vid.)

It’s not going to be hillarious when somebody broke a bone, either the player or the audience.
Courtside should be reserved for teams and padded cushion only.
PS: I’m not joking

Sesa says:
The weird thing is, he intentionally dived into the third row after he saved the ball.
Shaq could just fell into the first row but he chooses to jump over the third row.
Boy, things people do for attention.

@Sesa
Clearly, you don’t care much for loose balls and the importance of each possessions to think that diving for an errant ball is just for kicks and attention. You do see the two little kids in the front row that he was trying to avoid don’t you? With his height and momentum, ending up in the third just follows the laws of physics.

Sesa, Diesel is a man’s man, he dived into the third row in order to avoid running over 2 small children who were in the first row. Watch the re-play.

the suns should try throwing the ball into the paint and have shaq run after it….but i dont think it would have the same results..

Dude, I respect hustle plays. Really.
I think that what energizes team and what proves your commitment to winning but please, take a look at the video closely.
I never questioned Shaq’s hart or intention but he had a penchant of being in the spotlight. That’s all

typical Suns… soft. Afraid of their own teammate. That’s really funny though! They broke out.

We’re just questioning your intelligence, Sesa. He was avoiding crusshing small children.
Mar.12 at 12:15 pm
Sesa says:
I’m Sorry then, I didn’t see those children.
However, back to my original opinion :
Courtside should be reserved for teams and padded cushion only.

Sesa - you should check your facts before you call Shaq out for being an attention grabber. Watch the Spurs game replay before you open your mouth and make a fool out of yourself on a national stage. Shaq jumped three rows back because two young boys were right in his line of fire in the the front row. So, you’re saying, take out the two 8 year olds instead of taking a leap to a safer spot to land? NICE! He would have seriously injured both kids had he not done what he did. As it ended up, the guy he hit got a cut lip. I say much better than two paralyzed 8 year olds.

That was sooooo funny. Hilarious stuff, truly great. “And the little warrior parted the sea”. Gotta love the embarassed smiles those NBA sissies had on their faces (Sean Marks especially) once they realised how stupid the looked.

Ha! Sean Marks…! Was he BLUSHING? Note to self….Marion woulda caught the brother clean out of the sky. Shaq is ‘The Diesel Moses’ ?

Haha I thought this post was about his teammates finally admitting to the media that they’re worried about their playoff chances.
Regarding Shaq’s hustle for the loose ball… not debating his intentions, but it was highly unnecessary. He incapacitated himself for what, like a minute? I didn’t watch the game, but I’m banking they scored on that 5 on 4 possession.
Is Shaq trying to make us forget about the Suns post-Marion woes?
Mar.12 at 11:50 pm
Jukai says:
You’d be wrong Tealish, they missed.

Young Chris #3 says:
For the record, Sesa is right in that Shaq loves to steal the spotlight and be the Center of attention… He was on the money with that statement. Diesel just had no other choice but to dive the way he did into the 3rd row. And Sam’s comment is hilarious…

Guys, I’m a fan of a Lakers and I’m also a fan of Shaq. But the last few months he’s been acting weird. Call it post-power syndrome.
Even MJ experienced this too
