Worthy of Your Attention

Warriors vs Pacers

by Marcel Mutoni

Guess who’s bizzak?!

Former Pacer Stephen Jackson steps back into Conseco Fieldhouse tonight for only the second time since the blockbuster trade that basically saw Indy and Golden State exchange teams last January.

(By the way, Larry Bird, how’s that trade working out for you?)

Mike Dunleavy Jr. (aka Lil’ Dun) was booed lustily when he visited Oakland this past Sunday, and even though he talked tough afterwards, it was obvious that dude’s feelings were hurt.

“I wouldn’t want it any other way,” Lil’ Dun said.

“I couldn’t care less. It’s hard to pay attention and care about something somebody says when you have no respect for them. They can do whatever they want.”

Catty!

Somehow, I don’t think S-Jax will be as bothered by the Indy crowd’s negativity tonight. Hell, he might eff around and get a triple double. That or pull out his nine.

Pulling his nine is for after the game, when he goes to a local establishment. I don’t know though, Indy fans should be proud that three of their own were willing to punch out Detroit fans.

What choice did Larry have? Who wants to put up with all that bullsh*t? And for the record, Jax is ok, but not great. Lil Dun is faceless to me and could be one of 1000 other players, but at least he isn’t going to bring all the drama.

I think the Bulls/Heat game can have the possibility of high drama.

eboy, if for nothing else, because something may jump off internally with the Bulls? I can’t see what type of interest the Heat could possibly generate that could hold anyones attention at this stage.

It’s on ESPN2 because they cannot seriously put Bulls/Heat on ESPN.

this is a disappointing day of games that pre-season would have looked great, then again the Boston vs. Portland game wouldnt have caused a stir last year.

Looking forward to this to see how Jax shows up. GS is such a better fit for him. Since its the second night of a back-to-back I’d expect a slow start, but in the fourth Indy better watch out for Jax and Baron..

I think its goin to be a better game than people think. These are 2 up tempo teams lead by the fast breaking warriors who love to run. Baron Davis leads the fastbreak and look for him to drop 30 points wit 8 reb and 6 assts wit a couple steals. Stephed Jackson will drop 25 points and 8 boards and 5 dimes wit a couple blcks and stls. Warriors win 110-103.

F#CK STEPHEN JACKSON’S GANGSTA TONIGHT! LIL DUN WILL BE MAKING IT RAIN ALL GAME LONG GUYS! real talk.

Krayzie Bone says:
Davis ended up having a pretty strong game in the loss. I think Jermaine O’Neil’s roll on the team is in question (he might of injured himself tonight, judging by the scoresheet), as they don’t seem to improve with him on the court.
