Player of the D.A.Y.

counting

By Sam Rubenstein

As I write this, there are 643 comments on Holly’s Post-Up from this morning. This won’t even be 643 words long. Not even close. Last night, the race for Player of the D.A.Y. came down to Danny Granger leading an upset over Golden State, Ray Allen in a battle of the feel good teams from each coast, or the winner… Gerald Wallace 36, 14, and 5, with 3 steals and a block in a win over Orlando.

Return to your business of posting comments on Holly’s post. I expect at least 800 will be there by the time I leave today.

G Wallace has been playing like a man POSSESSED lately. I had only seen some of his highlights, but I never had the impression that he would be able to put up multiple 30+ point games. Guess I was wrong.

the bobcats are getting scary.
Muhammad needs more playing time.
Felton should just distribute more instead of taking so many shots.

This is actually inspired by comments from Holly’s post, but I can’t post this there because there are just too many comments. 643?! Someone has to try and balance the universe. Anyways, someone was talking about David West being an underrated player. True, he is. And here’s another one for ya: Jose Calderon Take a look at the assist per 48 min. leaders:
1. Steve Nash
2. Jason Kidd
3. Chris Paul
4. Jose Calderon
5. Deron Williams Jose also has the best assist/turnover ratio in the entire league.
