I sense a “Slam vs. Oden” future. Nowhere near Reggie Miller proportions, but certainly a “this fella ain’t ballsy/edgy/crazy enough, and he isn’t cover material due to that” thing. David Robinsonianism? I care about Slam, and understand Oden has been on the cover twice (at least) but… sadly, (glancing at RELATED STORIES) this is where the coverage is already headed, in my opinion.
