LeBron blogs from Vegas
This is really LeBoring
Today’s practice was good. Guys came in and competed and that’s what it’s all about. Guys took care of business today because we knew it was the last day.
I think I got better every day here. I felt better every day I came. I was trying to get back in shape and I finally accomplished that these last few days of practice. I’m looking forward to coming back next week.
I’m trying to be a leader here. That’s always me. You can ask some of the players here how good of a leader I am. I’m always gonna try to be a leader every time I step on the court.
Okay, I didn’t really write that. It’s LeBron’s Team USA blog entry. Wasn’t that fun and interesting? There are more Team USA bloggers up there, and Gilbert’s is a little less bland, but they’re still generic.

Lebron “The Human Advertisement” James always bores me in interviews so i’m not surprised with his bloq’ing skills. However, the KG bloq is pretty dope. The fact you go from: “Let me give it to you raw; India is a huge country filled with tons of poverty, lots of poverty, but many beautiful people. (July 17-2006)” to ” As we landed, it looked very similar to other airports — busy, people, etc. I went straight to the adidas flagship store. THERE WERE SO MANY PEOPLE. As I pulled up, the fans chanted my name, took photos, crazy! Typical KG style, I had to say, “Hi” to everyone, and throw up the peace sign and hang loose sign (my new thing). (July 17-2006)” from the same dude is awesome!

Nice to see Bron-Bron got “back in shape” by the last day. It would be great to see some of these guys when they aren’t “in shape”. I can just imagine Dwyane, Melo and TheBron sitting on a couch playing NBA Live 2007 and eating bag after bag of cookies and chips…

What I wouldn’t give to be in the same shape LeBron must consider “out of shape.” Seriously, though, I’m glad that LeBron has decided that HE needs to be the leader of this team. Wha? Did he demand to be captain of the team before Nike allowed him to sign on?

Ya, snore-worthy type posts. Actually they’re doing videoblogs too, some are boring too, but check out the latest one with LeBron and Wade shooting the shit, there was some funny moments. It’s always refreshing to see those guys acting and talking like kids or guys that are in their 20s (I’ve been catching up with those vids so much that I dedicated 3 posts to them! 3!)

I reccomend the KG blog on nba.com. That trip really meant a lot to him. The blog was kind of powerful.

The thing is, they are guys in their 20’s incase you forgot. Shawn Marion mentioned it in his Team USA Vegas workout blog I believe about it being a month or more since they last played in the playoffs and how after the first day of running hard against these guys in scrimmages he was sore. And its not the same as being in midseason and your body is accustomed to it night in and night out.
