Houston is always mentioned as a potential landing spot for a superstar these days. They have solid assets to move in a trade and could quickly clear cap room to sign a big free agent. Surely they’d love to acquire Kevin Love in a deal with Minnesota, but the Rockets reportedly don’t believe they have the pieces to land him.
On the Kevin Love front, I’m told the Houston Rockets are pretty sure they’re outgunned in terms of having the assets that Minnesota wants.
