“The Mecca of Basketball” was rocking as the NBA’s elite took to the hardwood of Madison Square Garden in New York City last night. The star-studded midseason showcase lived up to its billing as the L’s brightest stars balled out while sporting a variety of exciting new colorways. Russell Westbrook, who wore the Air Jordan XX9 in a special All-Star colorway, took MVP honors with a near record-breaking 41-point performance in leading the West to a 163-158 win over the East. LeBron James paced the East team with a stat-sheet stuffing 30 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists while wearing an All-Star colorway of his signature Nike LeBron 12.
