The Cleveland Cavaliers made history in Oakland as they capped off a stunning NBA Finals comeback with a 93-89 victory over the Golden State Warriors in Game 7.
Riding the shoulders of LeBron James and his Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier X, the Cavs’ run to the title would not be denied. Kyrie Irving wore a black/gold colorway of his Nike Kyrie 2 as he hit a pivotal 3-pointer late in the game and simply outplayed league MVP Stephen Curry .
As ‘The Land’ celebrates its first NBA title, Golden State is left wondering what could’ve been. A win away from being considered the best team in NBA history, the Warriors couldn’t close out Cleveland despite being up 3-1. Curry – wearing his Under Armour Curry 2.5 sig in black/gold – flashed the brilliance that made him the league’s best, but didn’t play well enough to overcome LeBron. Draymond Green – in the Nike Zoom HyperRev 2016 – did all he could as he played his best game of the series scoring a game-high 32 points while just missing a triple-double.
